Meet the Team

Reneé joined us with 8 years of dental experience. She started her journey as a dental assistant graduate, but prefers working the front office. She enjoys helping patients with all aspects of their dental journey.

When Reneé is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, grandkids and her German Shepherd. She loves camping, the ocean and playing competitive cornhole!

I graduated in 2008 with the golden scaler award (given to the student who showed the best overall customer service, patient care, and teamwork). I started working at Westlake Family Dentistry in 2019 and feel it’s my “home” for many years to come. I absolutely love helping people get healthy and building amazing relationships with my patients! When I’m not at work, I’m usually hanging out with my husband and 2 young boys. I love to get outside, ride bikes, go to the park, golf, hike, and play any sports that the boys want to play. I also love the sunshine so if you ask me where I’ll be going next, the answer will most likely be Hawaii, Arizona, or Bend.

I am originally from Twentynine Palms, CA. I graduated with my dental hygiene degree from Cypress College in 2013. I possess the utmost passion for my patients’ entire well-being and strive to make a positive difference in their lives. I incorporate the patient as a vital part of their treatment plan and guide them to have an active role in the improvement of their oral health. In my free time, my husband and I are usually chasing around our young son and Bernadoodle puppy.

I have been working with Dr. Sievert as his lead assistant since 2013. Over the years I have built meaningful relationships with our patients which makes my job so much fun. I also enjoy seeing patients’ confidence and happiness soar when they achieve the smile they always envisioned. Outside of work, my life is dedicated to my biggest passion; my horses and my spoiled St. Bernard. I am very outdoorsy and love camping. My fiancé and I love to spend our time at the dunes riding our ATVs.
